Elec Resistance Welding Machine for Welding and Cutting Copper Braided Wire

DESCRIPTION

     This machine is composed of main body, feeding system, welding and forming system, cutting system and control panel. The feeding system, welding and forming system, cutting system and control panel are all set on the main body. The welding system includes the welding module and forming module, the fixed connection of welding module and forming module. The cutting system includes cutting module and wire clamping module and the fixed connection of cutting module and wire clamping module. In this machine, the copper wire will be fed by feeding system to welding and forming system so it will get the wire with required welded shape. The cutting system will cut the above mentioned welded part to get your required length. Fix the braid wire plate on the feeding system, the operator only needs to operate the control panel then the machine could finish welding the cutting automatically. Convenient operation and high efficiency.

APPLICATION

Welding of braid wire of electrical parts like distribution switch, disconnector, etc. Be able to weld and cut 1 to 25 mm² of singlet wire, double wire, and three-wire in one of annealed copper wire.

The cutting length could be adjusted freely and the cross-section of connecting wire could be designed as different shapes like semi-circle, square, and hexagon, etc.
