DESCRIPTION

According to the specification provided by our customer, we adopt the design of ten welding heads gantry type welding machine with automatic feeding system. The worker only needs to put the material onto the feeder and press the start button, then the machine will automatically load the precut wire and weld.

This machine is composed of gantry type support, welding transformer, pneumatic drive device, upper and lower electrodes, electrical control system, cooling system, and PLC operation control system. The general welder for welding wire mesh in the market can only weld the square and rectangle net. However, except for square and rectangle, this machine could be used to weld triangle, circular and other shapes of wire mesh.

• Total weld counter - non-resettable.
• Lap counter - This settable counter provides a PLC compatible output when the lap counter overflows and resets itself. Lap counter is presettable and resettable.
• Built in over voltage protection - protects capacitor bank from over charging.
• 4x deep non volatile fault history with time stamp.

APPLICATION

Continuous welding wire mesh whose width is within 2000mm, length is not restricted.
